At Black Greeks Matter ™, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy carefully:

• Processing Time: All orders are packaged and processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Method: Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after your order is shipped. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
• Pick-Up Option: If you would like to pick up your order in person, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are based in New Jersey and will do our best to accommodate pick-up requests.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes all required details at checkout. Black Greeks Matter is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Notifications:
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website.

Delays & Liability:
Black Greeks Matter™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking indicates they have been delivered.
